The NC 4th of July Festival is recognized by the IRS as a non profit organization under 501(c)(4) status. Sponsorships, contributions or gifts to N.C. 4th of July Festival are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. They do remain eligible for deduction as a normal business expense.
