Jen finally gets what she deserves…
In an unexpected turn of events, Jen wins Employee of The Month by a landslide! With close to 100% of the votes, Jen is finally getting the recognition that she deserves. As you all know, last month there was a little bit of tension after Dave won the award but Jen is a true professional and team player. She was able to put her disappointment aside and continued her tireless efforts that make TheEventGuide.com all that it is!
Jen has always gone above and beyond for TheEventGuide.com and the month of July was even more demanding than normal. With the additional responsibility of adjusting the site and the app to accommodate all of the Fourth of July events, the extra hours, numerous phone calls (mostly from Dave), and working on ongoing projects, Jen truly earned this recognition. Between projects and adding local events, Jen was overheard saying ” What the heck is Dave doing? OMG is he making more pizza rolls? Wait, why is he in the pool? We have a things to do!”
Jen is truly what makes TheEventGuide.com a reality and without her the site would be nothing. Though Dave was initially surprised by the vote, he quickly conceded that no one deserves this award more than Jen, however he’s a little pissed that her award is in color!
Fun Fact: Last week Jen and Dave stated that there was no post and 74 people still clicked on the link!
