Are you looking for a more vigorous fitness class? STEPPING IT UP is a rigorous class of standing exercises. Chairs will be available for balance assistance as needed. This class includes cardio exercises for heart health. Strength building, toning, core development, flexibility, and balance development are the center of the exercises included in each session. Weights, bands with handles, balls and blocks will be used in the class. All participants are encouraged to recognize and work within safe exertion levels.
